PREAMBLE — THE LAW OF THE HOUSE
The House offers guidance, not dominion.
Its Regents may challenge, question, encourage, and illuminate, but the choices made beyond these walls remain the responsibility of the individual.
Fulfilled exists to help individuals cultivate discipline, establish meaningful commitments, recognize their potential, and pursue lives of deliberate intention.
These Terms of Service, known as Sovereign Law, establish the conditions governing access to Fulfilled, the House of Ledger consumer website, and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Fulfilled, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
I. ENTRY INTO THE HOUSE
Eligibility
Fulfilled is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
By creating an account or using the application, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
Account Registration
Certain features require an account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You must not impersonate another person, access another member's account without authorization, or knowingly provide false information to circumvent eligibility requirements.
We may require verification of account information when reasonably necessary to protect the service.
II. THE PURPOSE OF FULFILLED
Fulfilled is an AI-powered personal-development application designed to support reflection, discipline, goal-setting, accountability, and personal growth.
The application features artificial intelligence personas known as the Regents, each designed with distinct characteristics, perspectives, and conversational approaches.
The Regents may help members examine their beliefs, consider alternative perspectives, establish commitments, and reflect upon their progress.
Fulfilled does not guarantee that any member will achieve a particular outcome.
Personal development depends on individual circumstances, decisions, effort, and factors beyond the application's control.
The House may offer direction. The member determines the destination.
III. THE REGENTS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
The Regents are artificial intelligence systems.
Although they may communicate through distinctive personalities, voices, appearances, and conversational styles, they are not human beings.
Their responses are generated through AI technologies and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, misunderstandings, or inappropriate recommendations.
Members should exercise independent judgment when considering AI-generated information.
No Professional Advice
Fulfilled is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional services.
The Regents are not licensed professionals and do not establish professional-client relationships.
Members should consult qualified professionals when circumstances require specialized advice.
Fulfilled is not an emergency response service and should not be relied upon during situations involving immediate danger or crisis.
Personal Responsibility
Members remain responsible for their decisions, actions, commitments, and outcomes.
Nothing communicated by a Regent should be interpreted as requiring a member to engage in conduct that is unlawful, unsafe, or contrary to their well-being.
IV. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS
Fulfilled may provide free, introductory, paid, promotional, or other forms of membership.
The features, usage allowances, and benefits associated with each membership may vary.
Current membership offerings, prices, billing periods, and applicable limitations will be presented through the application or authorized purchasing platform.
Free Access
Members may be permitted to create an account and explore selected features without purchasing a subscription.
Free access may include limitations on conversations, available Regents, features, or usage.
These limitations may change as Fulfilled evolves.
Paid Memberships
Paid subscriptions provide access to the features and benefits associated with the selected membership.
Certain subscriptions may include introductory access to additional features for a limited period.
Any such introductory benefits, eligibility requirements, and expiration conditions will be disclosed when the offer is presented.
Introductory benefits may be limited to one redemption per account or other eligibility conditions stated in the applicable offer.
Changes to Memberships
Fulfilled may introduce, modify, or discontinue membership offerings and features as the service develops.
Material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law, marketplace requirements, and the terms disclosed at purchase.
We will not charge members for a new subscription or higher-priced membership without the authorization required by applicable law and the relevant purchasing platform.
V. BILLING, RENEWALS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Paid subscriptions may be offered through Google Play, Apple's App Store, or other authorized payment providers.
Subscription purchases, renewals, payment methods, and billing dates are governed by the applicable purchasing platform and the terms disclosed at checkout.
Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Members authorize the applicable purchasing platform to charge the subscription price and any applicable taxes according to the selected billing period.
Cancellation
Members may cancel recurring subscriptions through the platform used to purchase them.
Unless otherwise disclosed in the applicable offer or required by law, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not immediately terminate access to benefits already paid for.
Paid access generally continues until the end of the current billing period.
After paid access expires, the account may return to the features available under Fulfilled's free membership.
Account Continuity
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete a Fulfilled account.
Members may retain their accounts, saved goals, commitments, and associated progress information after their paid subscriptions end.
This allows members to return to Fulfilled without automatically losing their previously established personal-development records.
Account deletion is a separate action.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or the policies of the purchasing platform.
Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play or Apple's App Store may be subject to the applicable marketplace's procedures.
Dissatisfaction with personal progress or failure to achieve a desired outcome does not, by itself, establish entitlement to a refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
VI. CONVERSATIONS, COMMITMENTS, AND MEMBER CONTENT
Members may submit information through conversations, goals, commitments, and other available features.
Members retain any rights they hold in the original content they provide.
By submitting content, members grant Fulfilled a nonexclusive license to process, store, transmit, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and personalize the service.
This license is limited to the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Conversational Memory
Fulfilled may retain recent conversation history to support continuity between interactions.
Saved goals, commitments, and progress information may remain associated with an account for longer periods.
The handling and retention of personal information are explained in The Veil Accord — Privacy Policy.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated responses may not be unique, and similar responses may be generated for different members.
Members may use AI-generated responses for lawful personal purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Fulfilled does not guarantee that AI-generated material is accurate, original, suitable for commercial use, or eligible for copyright protection.
VII. CONDUCT WITHIN THE HOUSE
Members agree to use Fulfilled lawfully and responsibly.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using the service to facilitate unlawful activities.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information.
- Interfering with the application's operation or security.
- Introducing malicious code or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
- Circumventing subscription restrictions, usage limits, or access controls.
- Using automated systems to abuse or overload the service.
- Using the service to facilitate threats, exploitation, or harm to others.
- Misrepresenting an affiliation with House of Ledger or impersonating its representatives.
Members may discuss difficult emotions, personal struggles, uncomfortable experiences, and challenging subjects with the Regents.
Such discussions do not automatically constitute misuse.
Fulfilled may implement reasonable safeguards or restrict certain requests when necessary to protect members, other individuals, or the service.
VIII. THE PROPERTY OF THE HOUSE
The House of Ledger name, Fulfilled name, Regent identities, character designs, original artwork, logos, trademarks, interface designs, written materials, software, and other proprietary elements are owned by or licensed to the applicable rights holders.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to members.
Members receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable right to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms.
Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized, members may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit proprietary House of Ledger materials.
The ownership and permitted use of third-party assets are addressed, where applicable, in Lineage & Right — Licensing & Attribution.
IX. EVOLUTION OF THE HOUSE
Fulfilled is an evolving service.
The House may introduce additional Regents, modify existing experiences, improve AI systems, update interfaces, and develop new features.
We may also modify or discontinue features for operational, technical, security, legal, or business reasons.
We will seek to communicate material changes affecting paid memberships when appropriate and provide any notice, remedies, or choices required by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
Features described as upcoming, planned, experimental, or in development are not guaranteed to launch on a particular date unless expressly committed to under applicable purchase terms.
X. AVAILABILITY AND TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
We seek to provide a reliable and functional experience.
However, Fulfilled depends on software, internet connectivity, artificial intelligence systems, cloud infrastructure, and third-party service providers.
Temporary interruptions, errors, maintenance periods, and technical limitations may occur.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fulfilled is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
XI. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address:
- Material violations of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Security threats.
- Unauthorized access or misuse of the service.
- Conduct that substantially interferes with the rights or safety of others.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve a violation.
Immediate action may be taken when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its members.
Any suspension or termination affecting paid subscriptions will remain subject to applicable law and marketplace requirements.
Voluntary Account Deletion
Members may request account deletion through the application's available settings.
Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the member's account and associated personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.
Deleted accounts and previously saved progress generally cannot be restored.
Members should separately cancel any active marketplace subscriptions when necessary to prevent future billing.
XII. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Fulfilled relies on third-party technologies and services to deliver certain capabilities.
These may include AI processing, voice interactions, hosting, authentication, subscription billing, and related infrastructure.
Use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and policies.
Fulfilled is not responsible for independent third-party products or services outside its control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

XIII. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Fulfilled is intended to support personal development, not guarantee particular results.
We make no promise that use of the application will produce financial success, improved relationships, career advancement, emotional well-being, or any other specific outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, House of Ledger and its applicable operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

XIV. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws applicable to a member require otherwise.
Members are encouraged to contact House of Ledger to seek an informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
Any formal dispute-resolution procedures, jurisdictional requirements, or venue provisions will be subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms deprives members of consumer protections or legal remedies that cannot be waived.
XV. CHANGES TO SOVEREIGN LAW
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Fulfilled, its features, membership offerings, operational practices, or applicable laws.
When changes are made, the Last Updated date will be revised.
Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
Where consent is legally required, we will obtain it before applying the relevant changes.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that members are legally entitled to retain.

THE FINAL DECREE
The House provides the tools. The member retains the authority.
The Regents may illuminate possibilities, challenge assumptions, and remind members of the commitments they have made.
But no artificial intelligence, institution, or external voice can substitute for the individual's responsibility to choose and act.
By entering the House, members acknowledge both the opportunities offered by Fulfilled and the responsibilities accompanying their use of the service.
The House offers the path. The member chooses to walk it.
